We can deliver your cake directly from our cake bakery to your home or event if you wish, or you can pick it up yourself at our Winter Park shop. From our bakery delivery services to our creative design team, our event packages, seasonal bakery creations, and gift box offering truly make your next celebration special. Scotchie's creations also take into consideration the dietary concerns of your friends, family, employees, and customers.

Scotchie's Custom Cakes is open from 10:00 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday and 10:00 am to 1:00 pm on Saturdays. We are closed on Sundays.

Yes! Our cake bakery is equipped to print pictures and designs onto cakes and cupcakes.  All we need is an image file to print and we'll be ready with your picture or logo for your event.

Once a cake has been delivered or picked up by you or a designated party it is considered “Accepted”. All products are the responsibility of the customer once it leaves our shop for carryout orders. Refunds requested due to decorating style, color shade, or general decoration design will not be honored once accepted. If you do not pick up a requested carryout order, Scotchie’s will not issue a refund, regardless of the circumstance. We will be happy to remake the product for you if you need it again; however, you will have to pay for both. We cannot refund any product that is abandoned by the customer.

If Scotchie’s has been deficient in our production of your product, we would appreciate it if you would let us know and bring back the remaining product. This allows us to correct our team, and get it perfect next time. Obviously, in this case, we will provide you a refund for the product. We retain the right to judge our product quality for ourselves.

If you have bought a Scotchie’s product and do not care for it, then we hope you will try something different next time; however, a refund will not be given. If you cancel your cake or cookie cake order with more than 24 hours’ notice, we will give you a full refund for your product. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, we will retain any payment given up to that point.

Scotchie’s is not an allergen or sugar-free environment. Allergens that we use on a daily basis are nuts, flour (gluten), strawberries, chocolate, dairy, food dyes, and several other known allergens. We cannot guarantee that even with the highest degree of care, allergens and sugar will not be present in any of our baked goods. However, we are able to accommodate gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegan orders for our cakes and cupcakes. When you place your order, be sure to tell us about your dietary restrictions! We also feature power protein cakes and muffins for those on high protein or sports training diets.
